About me

I started my career at Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, where I spent five years configuring enterprise systems for US clients. That job taught me discipline: 500+ transactions a day at 99.5% quality, written SOPs, and finding the root cause when something broke.

In 2019 I went independent to learn marketing the hard way, with my own money. I built and tested more than 300 websites, promoted offers on four affiliate networks, and learned every step between a click and a commission: buying traffic, setting up tracking, writing the page, and deciding what to scale or stop.

Since 2025 I've focused on HubSpot CRM and marketing operations, because I want to connect traffic to what happens after the lead. Now I'm looking for a full-time role where I can bring all of this to a team with bigger goals.

What I can do for your team

Six areas where I've done the hands-on work myself, with my own budget and results on the line.

Paid acquisition

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Outbrain and MGID campaigns: keywords, audiences, bidding tests and budget moved to what performs.

Affiliate marketing

Four networks and direct brand programs. Having been the affiliate, I know what makes partners stay, scale or leave a program.

Tracking and analytics

GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, ClickMagick, Voluum and S2S postbacks, plus finding the cause when numbers don't match.

SEO and AI search

Page 1 on Bing, technical SEO, schema, and content structured to be cited by AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

E-commerce

Shopify setup, suppliers, payments, courier partners, product feeds, upsells and Meta ads for store sales.

CRM and automation

HubSpot forms, lifecycle stages, nurture workflows, deal pipelines and reporting that connect marketing to revenue.

Selected work

Real builds with screenshots. Site names and brand details are left out on purpose, and I'm happy to walk through any of these in an interview.

HubSpot sandbox build, April 2026

A complete HubSpot revenue operations setup, built from scratch

NexusRev is a fictional B2B SaaS company I created in a HubSpot demo environment, with sample contacts and deals, so I could build and test a full marketing-to-sales system end to end.

Leads come in through forms, get scored, move through lifecycle stages automatically, and are routed to sales. If a new MQL isn't contacted within 24 hours, a workflow marks the SLA as breached, alerts the owner and creates an urgent follow-up task.

Key automations

  • WF1Contact form auto-response and routing
  • WF2aForm submit moves the contact to Lead
  • WF2bLead score of 40 or more moves the contact to MQL
  • WF2cDiscovery call booked moves the contact to SQL
  • WF2dDeal created moves the contact to Opportunity
  • WF2eClosed won deal moves the contact to Customer
  • WF3aDisqualifies junk leads automatically
  • WF4MQL SLA enforcement with breach alerts and tasks

Pricing block from one of my US health offer pages. Brand name hidden.

Landing page teardown

How one pricing block uses buyer psychology

My long-form pages follow a set flow: hero, trust signals, reviews, how it works, ingredients, guarantee, pricing, benefits, FAQ and a final call to action. The pricing block is where most of the persuasion happens.

  • Price anchoringStruck-through "regular" prices make each offer feel like a saving.
  • Decoy optionThe single bottle has the highest per-bottle price, which makes the bundles look better.
  • Social proof and labels"Most popular" and "Best value" guide the choice toward bigger orders.
  • Reframing costShowing $0.87 per day makes the price feel smaller than $155.
  • Curiosity and reciprocityA "secret gift" on bundles adds value without cutting the price.
  • Risk reversal"Cancel anytime," free shipping and a money-back guarantee remove hesitation.
Affiliate campaigns for US health offersFour networks, paid and organic traffic, 2023 to 2026$60K+ earned

Goal

Drive profitable US traffic to health and wellness offers and grow commission revenue.

What I did

  • Picked offers by gravity, EPC and refund rate
  • Sent traffic from SEO, Microsoft Ads, Outbrain, MGID, Quora and Pinterest
  • Built pre-sell pages, reviews and bonus pages
  • Negotiated payouts with affiliate managers

Tools

  • ClickMagick, Voluum, BeMob
  • GA4, Google Tag Manager
  • S2S postbacks, UTMs, sub-IDs
$60K+commissions, 2023–26
6.06%conversion rate (SmartAdv, 2025)
$6.29 to $6.91revenue per click, 2025 to 2026
Bing SEO with an exact-match domain strategy300+ sites built and tested, 35 livePage 1 on Bing

Goal

Capture high-intent US searches from people already looking for a specific product.

What I did

  • Researched keywords with Semrush, Allintitle and KGR
  • Used keyword-matched domains, which Bing weighs more heavily than Google
  • Added schema, submitted sitemaps and used IndexNow
  • Kept the sites that ranked and retired the rest

What I learned

Different search engines reward different signals. Choosing the right engine for the strategy mattered more than trying to win everywhere.

Conversion tracking that holds upConnecting clicks to conversions across networks and ad platforms4 networks

Problem

Each network reports conversions differently, and ad platforms often disagree with network data.

What I did

  • Set up S2S postbacks from networks into ClickMagick
  • Passed gclid and msclkid click IDs through to networks
  • Tracked GA4 events through Google Tag Manager, plus Meta Pixel, Conversions API and Microsoft UET
  • Filtered bot traffic and investigated mismatches

Result

One trusted view of clicks, conversions and revenue per click by traffic source, so budget decisions were based on real data.

Website operations at scaleRunning a portfolio of 300+ sites with no developer300+ sites

Scope

Everything behind the sites, handled myself: domains, hosting, security, email and uptime.

What I did

  • Bought and managed domains in bulk, with DNS on Cloudflare
  • Set up SSL, caching, firewall rules and 301 redirects
  • Configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Migrated sites between hosts using staging, backups and uptime monitoring

Why it matters

I can work directly with developers and IT teams, and fix most website issues without waiting on anyone.

Shopify store for the Indian marketHealth and kitchen products, Sep 2020 to Nov 2021End to end

Scope

Ran the store myself, from product selection to delivery.

What I did

  • Sourced products and suppliers, and used dropshipping apps
  • Set up Razorpay and courier partners
  • Ran Meta ads and set up product feeds
  • Managed cash-on-delivery risk and worked to reduce RTO

What it taught me

The operations side of e-commerce: stock, suppliers, returns and customer communication matter as much as the ads.

Organic channels I've built

Audiences grown from zero, with no ad spend, as traffic sources for my affiliate work.

How I work

What five years at a Fortune 500 company and seven years of running my own business taught me.

I document what works

I write SOPs so a process doesn't depend on one person, and I've trained 30+ people using them.

I find the root cause

When tracking breaks or numbers don't match, I dig until I know why, rather than patching the symptom.

I work well with US teams

Seven years targeting the US market and five years with US stakeholders. I'm comfortable with US shift hours.

I spend money like it's mine

Because it was. Every campaign I've run had my own budget behind it, so I watch ROI closely.

How this site is built

This page is a small example of the work itself. Ask me about any of it.

Measured from the first click

Every button, video link, case study and skills search sends an event to the dataLayer for Google Tag Manager and GA4.

Privacy first

Google Consent Mode v2 is set to "denied" before any tag loads, and analytics only runs after you accept.

Found by search and AI

Person schema, Open Graph tags, a sitemap and an llms.txt file help Google, Bing and AI assistants understand this page.

Fast and secure

No page builder or framework. Hosted on Hostinger with HTTPS, security headers and browser caching.

Accessible

Keyboard navigation, readable contrast, screen reader labels, and reduced motion for people who prefer it.

Built with AI

Planned and built with Claude, then reviewed, configured and deployed by me.

Let's talk

I'm open to full-time roles in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, SEO and CRM operations, in Hyderabad or remote, including US shifts.
